SpaDekho is operated by SpaDekho Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ("SpaDekho", "we", "us"). We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data processed through our platform. For any privacy questions, contact privacy@spadekho.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information generated as you use the platform:
- Account & contact details - name, mobile number, email, and password for customers and partners.
- Booking details - the spa, service, slot, visit status and any notes you provide.
- Partner & business details - spa name, address/area, service menu, photos, opening hours, GST/licence and payout/bank details supplied during onboarding.
- Payment information - processed securely by our payment partners; we store transaction records, not full card details.
- Reviews & content - ratings and reviews you submit after a verified visit.
- Usage & device data - approximate location/area for discovery, pages viewed, searches, device and log information, and cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- create and manage your account and authenticate logins;
- show nearby spas, process bookings and apply eligible offers and discounts;
- process payments, commissions, refunds and partner payouts;
- verify partners and maintain a trusted, fraud-free marketplace;
- enable verified reviews and improve our recommendations and search;
- send booking confirmations, service updates and, with consent, marketing;
- comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
4. How we share information
We share personal data only as needed to run the marketplace:
- With Partners - the booking and contact details a spa needs to deliver your booked service.
- With customers - a partner's public listing information, offers and aggregate ratings.
- With service providers - payment processors, cloud hosting, communications and analytics partners who act on our instructions.
- For legal reasons - where required by law, regulators or to protect rights, safety and prevent fraud.
- Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage and improve the platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and respond to incidents responsibly.
8. Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing messages. You can manage most details from your account or contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
SpaDekho is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
